At the Twin Cities Polish Festival there is something for everyone – including the “dzieci” (children) -In the children’s area, there are a variety of crafts to do, and while making their creations they learn about Polish culture, history or forklore.
Dzieci make sock puppets of the Wawel dragon, and its always fun to see the multitude of dragons wandering throughout the festival, in addition to the created babushkas and mini Polish Flags.
There is also pisanki – the real thing is viewed, and then the children create their own – what a sight to behold. There are Polish themed coloring sheets, and games to play, with prizes.
Bring the dzieci – and have a great time at the festival.
